Note: This item consists of seven sizes of tablets. Normally, five of them contain the full name (first name and last name) while two contain just the first name preceeded by an ellipsis(...). This occurs when you enter both a First Name and a Last Name.

However, if you leave the First Name box empty and enter both the first and last name in the Last Name box, then the full name will be printed on all seven tablets.

 

If you leave the Last Name box empty and enter only the first name, then only the first name will be printed on all seven tablets.
