ORDERING
Is is safe to place an online order with Noteworthy Occasions?
§ Yes! Noteworthy Occasions utilitzes Secure Socket Layer (SSL) protection for all our transactions. You can be assured that all your personal information including name, address and credit card information is protected by 256-bit SSL encryption as it is transmitted over the internet, and therefore, cannot be viewed, altered or intercepted. In people speak, it's safe!
What is the quality of your stationery?
§ Noteworthy Occasions carefully selects vendors who provide a high level of quality and customer service. If we wouldn’t buy it ourselves, we won’t sell it to our customers!
Can orders be returned?
§ Because each order is personalized as ordered by the customer, we are unable to offer refunds or exchanges on any order. Before placing your final order, please double-check each order for accuracy, as we are not responsible for any missing or incorrect information that you have provided.
What if there is a problem with my order?
§ While we do not anticipate problems, if there is an error in your order, please contact us immediately to let us know of the problem. We may or may not ask you to return the product to us or mail us a copy of the defective product. You should contact our customer service department within 14 days of receipt of your order to notify us of the problem.
§ Please check your order for accuracy when it arrives. We are unable to replace orders after 14 days, nor can we replace items that have already been used. We are not responsible for errors in your original order submission.
§ Should we make an error in processing your order per your original instructions, we will gladly replace your personalized item, free of charge. We will redo the order only as it was initially ordered. Changes are not possible on these orders. While we will be happy replace your order, we are not able to offer refunds or cancellations of the order.
Are the ink colors exactly like I see online?
§ Although we do our best to carefully represent product ink colors on our website, please remember that these are just an estimate of the ink color that will be used for the actual product. Therefore, we are unable to replace products where actual product ink color varies slightly from what was displayed. If you have a question about a particular color, please contact us before placing your order.
How many invitations should I order?
§ For weddings, we recommend ordering 20-30 extra invitations. For birth announcements or party invitations, we recommend ordering 10 to 20 additional announcements or invitations. You will receive significant price breaks on higher quantities of invitations or announcements, so it is more economical to order additional invites up front rather than re-ordering a small quantity should you fall short.
What if I need to re-order?
§ It is easy to re-order on our website. Just log in to your account and you can re-order any of your previous orders. Because we retain all the product and personalization information for you, re-ordering is quick and easy. For invitations & announcements, it is more cost efficient to order additional invitations with your original order as there are significant price breaks offered on higher quantities. For re-orders, the pricing starts over at the lower quantity pricing.
What if I need help on the wording for my order?
§ We are always available to help with suggestions on wording. For invitations and announcements, you will get some great ideas for wording and layout by looking at our many online samples, but please do not hesitate to contact us for help.
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
§ Orders generally require 7-10 business days for order processing and standard delivery to reach your U.S. destination. However, some items, such as custom stamps can take up to 3 weeks for order processing and delivery. We highly recommend ordering early during the busy holiday season. We know you’ll want to enjoy your order as soon as you can, so we will let you know ASAP if we anticipate any ordering delays.
Can I cancel an order?
§ If you need to cancel an order, please call us immediately. If you order has already been submitted for production, you will be responsible for the full cost of the order. If we have not yet processed your order, we will refund your payment less a $5 processing fee.
Can I order by phone?
§ While we recommend ordering online, we do accept phone orders. Please make sure you have all the information available for the item you are ordering. You can order by phone from 9 a.m. – 3 p.m. (CST) Monday – Friday. Online orders may be placed 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year!
PAYMENT
What forms of payment do you accept?
§ We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express. Your credit card will be charged upon completion of your order at checkout. We do not accept personal checks.
Do I pay sales tax on my order?
§ We charge sales tax for shipments to the state of Kansas. For these shipments, the current sales tax of 7.925% will automatically added to your order at checkout. If your order is shipped to another state, it’s tax-free!
SHIPPING
How are your orders shipped?
§ We ship orders via reputable carriers such as UPS, U.S. Postal Service and Fed-Ex.
Do you ship to P.O. Boxes?
§ We are unable to ship to post office boxes and other secret locations. A valid street address must be provided for shipments!
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
§ Orders generally require 7-10 business days for order processing and standard delivery to reach your U.S. destination, however, some items (such as custom stamps) can take up to 3 weeks. We know you’ll want to enjoy your order as soon as you can, so we will let you know ASAP if we anticipate any ordering delays.
How are shipping charges calculated?
§ Shipping charges are based on the total amount of your sale. The fee will be automatically calculated when you check out.
§ We do hope you order our great stationery for all your friends, but please know that we must charge additional shipping for shipping items to multiple addresses. The fees will be automatically calculated at check out.
§ Additional shipping charges will be added for delivery to Alaska and Hawaii. These fees will be confirmed via e-mail once your order is placed.
